Welcome to Long Acres Farm, a family-owned farm located in Snohomish, WA. Established in February 2013, our farm began with a small flock of a dozen chickens and a passion for raising goats. In 2015, we welcomed our first three Nigerian Dwarf bottle babies, marking the beginning of our journey. Initially, our goal was to use goats for brush clearing, but it quickly became a family affair. All three of our children joined 4-H to learn proper husbandry and showmanship, and we soon discovered an incredible community.

As a family, we became deeply involved, with my children and I entering the show ring, while my wife expertly managed the behind-the-scenes operations, including clipping and paperwork. By 2016, our focus had evolved, and we became committed to expanding our knowledge of goat farming. Through extensive research, we invested in high-quality breeding stock from exceptional milk and conformation lines.

Our mission is to breed top-tier, ADGA-registered goats that are both show-quality and productive dairy animals. As an ADGA Plus herd, we actively participate in DHIR (Dairy Herd Improvement Registry) and Annual Linear Appraisals. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean herd, conducting annual tests for CAE, CL, Brucella, and Johnes to ensure the health and well being of our animals.
